• 3 cups of chicken stock
• 1 cup of small sautéed shrimp without tails
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon of finely diced ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 2 teaspoons of tamarind sauce
• 1 teaspoon of chili sauce
• 1/2 cup of tomato puree
• 1/2 cup small croutons
Collect the chicken stock in a pot and add the salt, black pepper, garlic paste, soy sauce, diced ginger, while boiling. Stir it for a while and lower the flame.
